- Thailand and Vietnam.
Destinations outside this list, including the United Kingdom, are not available for delivery at the moment.

All amounts are shown in US dollars. Free shipping is calculated on the order subtotal after any discount.
Taxes and duties
Orders shipped to Thailand and Vietnam are delivered duty paid (DDP). Import VAT, customs duty and clearance fees are already covered by us and are included in your order — there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
If a carrier or customs office ever asks you for a customs charge on a Thailand or Vietnam order, please do not pay it. Contact us at vivien@vivienperte.com and we will resolve it with the carrier directly.
For all other destinations, prices do not include import duties or local taxes, and any charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order processing and delivery time
After payment is confirmed we begin processing your order within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Estimated transit time is 10–20 business days after dispatch for most destinations. Orders to Thailand and Vietnam usually arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by logistics providers, customs clearance or events beyond our reasonable control can add time.
