1. General Information All products available on this website are for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale without prior written consent from Vivien Per Te is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Revisions shall take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in US Dollars. Prices do not include import duties, local taxes or carrier surcharges applicable in your destination country. You are solely responsible for all customs charges incurred upon delivery.
We accept payment methods displayed on the checkout page. No orders will be dispatched until full payment has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors without obligation.
3. Order Processing After payment confirmation, we commence order processing within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
We reserve the right to cancel orders under special circumstances, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, out-of-stock merchandise, and suspected fraudulent transactions. If your order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
4. Product Images & Descriptions We strive to accurately display product colours and details. Minor colour variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration. Such differences do not constitute a product defect.
5. Shipping & Delivery Shipping arrangements are governed by our independent Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs clearance or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns & Refunds All return, exchange and refund matters are subject to our separate Refund & Return Policy.
7. Intellectual Property All text, logos, photographs, graphics and designs featured on this website are the intellectual property of Vivien Per Te. Any unauthorised copying, reproduction or commercial exploitation is forbidden.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vivien Per Te shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising out of or in connection with your use of our products, website or services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Force Majeure Vivien Per Te shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, supply chain disruptions, labour strikes or carrier failures.
10. Severability If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vivien Per Te and supersede all prior verbal or written communications relating to your purchases.
12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Harbin, China].
